I love how organized the professor is. This was one of the most fun classes I did in the entire MBA. I like how the attendance and participation is on Qualtrics because it not only ensures that the students know what they're doing but also gives them a safe space to put out their opinions without feeling like they're put on the spot.

This is one of the top courses and one of the most knowledgeable and thoughtful professors I have ever experienced at Rice University. The readings were informative, manageable, and perfectly mapped to our in-class discussion and exercises. Truly, truly well-organized and impactful learning that I'll take with me throughout my career.

Jaeyeon is an excellent professor, and her class was one of the most insightful and practical in my entire MBA journey. It was well-organized and covered a lot of ground in only a handful of weeks. I highly recommend that the university ask her to teach an EMBA course.

By far one of the best classes I have taken in the MBA! It was so well structured and the content was amazing. I wish I could have taken this earlier in the program.

Professor Chung was amazing. I wish this class was a semester-long class. I liked how she structured each class, and the pacing was perfect. I also like that all of the readings were relevant and digestible. I actually enjoyed the Qualtrics surveys before class, which tested my knowledge and reinforced the material. Professor Chung does a good job of promoting group discussion. She is so encouraging and stimulates good discussion.

The course was taught in a very effective way. The instructor provided the information clearly and in an engaging manner. I learned a lot during this class, and it was very applicable to my everyday life and the business landscape.

Amazing instructor who genuinely cares about her students' performance and understanding of the material. Lectures were extremely engaging. I did not love my experience with my team project due to some individuals who were placed on the team after the fact, but overall everything turned out well.

I LOVE PROFESSOR CHUNG! She is actually the sweetest. She is super understanding of anything that comes up and will always come to class with the best energy! MY DIVA!

Dr. Chung is so incredible and kind. She was always early to class, and I had many opportunities to just talk to her about her life and her weekend. She's very passionate about teaching and super knowledgeable. Dr. Chung is so down to earth and down for a good laugh. She asked good questions, never judged anyone for not knowing anything, and was incredible with being considerate and understanding in any scenario.

I'm a junior about to become a senior, and she is honestly one of the best professors I've had during my time here. She is the kind of teacher who leaves a lasting, very positive impact. Her explanations are always clear and engaging, and she creates an environment where you actually want to learn. She is consistently approachable, patient, and always has a positive attitude, which makes a big difference in the classroom. If I had the opportunity, I would definitely take another class with her.

She is always willing to help and shows passion in her teaching!

I LOVE Dr. Chung. To be honest, I think she's my favorite professor I've had at Rice so far. I normally don't engage in classroom discussions, but the classroom environment not only made me feel able to contribute, but also made me actually want to contribute. She is super understanding and fair, and always has your well-being in mind. I would take another class with her any day!

This course was one of the best that I've taken at Rice. I was able to learn and use these concepts in other classes and presentations. Everything Dr. Chung taught was important and at times complex, but she broke it down to be digestible. She uses lots of active learning through class exercises and surveys, and I really thought that they added to the quality of the class. She facilitated so many opportunities for people to discuss cases and also for teams to meet. I also really appreciated her grading style that encouraged us to actually learn rather than just memorize facts.

Professor Jae Chung is a very engaging professor and goes above and beyond to make students feel comfortable with speaking up and collaborating with others. I absolutely adored this course and appreciate the passion she puts into her teaching. There's a multiple-choice midterm, which is a little tricky, and the majority of your grade is the final presentation group project, so choose your members well.

Fun and interesting class. Professor Chung is really sweet and considerate, and the project is overall really fun.
